I have a saying in life that is a great reminder for many things.
"We don't see what is there. We see what we are prepared to see, what we've been conditioned to see through our thoughts."
Last week I was on a call and reminded of this fact once more.
I've always been seen as the 'referral guy', the guy who will help you get more referrals into your business
But the actual key to getting referrals has nothing to do with asking for them, or starting conversations or rewarding people or the many other myths that you have been told.
Getting referrals comes down to science and that is why we aren't the referral guy, but the Human Marketing guy
Human marketing is an art and a science and anyone can become better at it.
